If a tool is not behaving, tell us which one, which browser and device you were using, and what happened. Please do not send the document itself unless we ask for it — a description, or a small example file with nothing private in it, is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
What we can help with
- A tool that fails, or returns something unexpected
- A file format you would like supported
- A tool you would like added
- Accessibility problems — these get priority
- Press, partnership and advertising enquiries
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a PDF password you do not know — this is not technically possible
- Retrieving a file you processed earlier — files are never stored, so there is nothing to retrieve
- Removing protection from documents you have no right to use
